Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Standard Dials:
Orders for standard, pre-designed dial faces are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Custom / Bespoke Designs:
Because custom orders require dedicated design verification and digital printing, they require an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing before they are handed over to our courier partners.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted courier partners across India (e.g., IndiaPost, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Shiprocket partners).
International shipping is available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas or regions with local transit restrictions may experience slight delays. Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS as soon as your package is shipped.

Damaged in Transit & Missing Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
We take immense care in packaging our premium Olinx dials to prevent bending or scratching. However, if your package arrives physically compromised:
Mandatory Requirement:
If the outer box or shipping envelope appears damaged, bent, or torn upon receipt, you **must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video** from start to finish showing the damage to the outer packaging and the product inside.
Reporting Window:
Please email the unboxing video along with your Order ID to olinx.india@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp within **24 hours of delivery**.
Resolution:
Valid claims verified with a continuous unboxing video will receive a free replacement shipped out immediately at no extra cost. We cannot honor replacement claims for transit damage without this video evidence.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
