Cancellation  Policy

Standard Dials: Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Custom Bespoke Orders: There is a strict zero-cancellation policy for custom design requests once our design team commences work or printing has begun. Please review your custom requests carefully before placing the order.
