Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only if the product received is damaged.

  • To process your refund, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show:

    1. The package being opened for the first time (sealed box).

    2. Any damage to the product.

  • If the box appears to have been tampered with or opened before reaching you, please record the unboxing as proof.

Note:

  • Refund requests without an unboxing video or if the box was already opened before recording, will not be eligible.

  • Shipping, handling, or payment processing charges may be non-refundable (if applicable).
