Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if the product received is damaged.

To process your refund, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show:

The package being opened for the first time (sealed box).

Any damage to the product.

If the box appears to have been tampered with or opened before reaching you, please record the unboxing as proof.
Note:

Refund requests without an unboxing video or if the box was already opened before recording, will not be eligible.

Shipping, handling, or payment processing charges may be non-refundable (if applicable).
